New Hisense L9Q Pro 5,500 Lumen Ultra Short Throw UST Projector
The Hisense L9Q Pro TriChroma Laser TV pushes ultra-short-throw projection to a new level, combining massive brightness, RGB triple-laser color and support for images all the way up to 200 inches.
You may also see this model written as L9QPRO or L9Q-Pro. Hisense uses multiple naming variations for the same flagship TriChroma Laser TV.
The L9Q Pro combines a red, green and blue triple-laser light source, up to 5,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, a 0.18:1 throw ratio, Dolby Vision, Google TV, active 3D and an integrated Devialet-tuned audio system.
TriChroma Triple-Laser Color
At the heart of the Hisense L9QPRO is the company's TriChroma laser system, which uses dedicated red, green and blue laser light sources rather than relying on a single laser and color wheel.
According to Hisense, the L9Q-Pro delivers a 118% BT.2020 color volume ratio and can reproduce approximately 1.07 billion colors.
Up To 5,500 ANSI Lumens
Brightness is one of the headline upgrades of the Hisense L9Q Pro. With output rated at up to 5,500 ANSI lumens, this projector is designed to deliver a bright, impactful image even at very large screen sizes.
From 80 Inches All The Way To 200 Inches
One of the L9Q Pro's standout features is its unusually broad image-size range. Hisense specifies support for images from 80 inches up to an enormous 200 inches.
The projector uses an extremely short 0.18:1 throw ratio, allowing it to create massive images while remaining close to the projection screen.
- 120-inch image: 8.5 inches
- 150-inch image: 13.2 inches
- 200-inch image: 21.1 inches
Dolby Vision, HDR10+ And IMAX Enhanced
The Hisense L9Q Pro supports a broad collection of premium video formats and picture technologies.
The projector uses a 0.47-inch DMD imaging chipset and produces a 4K UHD image using pixel-shifting technology.
Vertical Lens Shift And Automatic Screen Alignment
Installation flexibility is another area where the L9QPRO stands out from many traditional ultra-short-throw projectors.
The projector provides ±5% vertical lens shift, allowing the image position to be adjusted without physically moving the projector.
Hisense also includes intelligent cameras and an Auto Screen Fit function for automatically aligning the projected image with the screen.
Devialet-Tuned 116-Watt Audio System
Hisense has equipped the L9Q Pro with a substantial 10-speaker audio system capable of up to 116 watts of output, rather than treating its built-in audio as an afterthought.
Sound calibration was developed in partnership with Opera de Paris and Devialet, with support for both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
Google TV Built In
The Hisense L9QPRO runs Google TV, providing direct access to streaming services, apps and smart-home functionality without requiring a separate streaming device.
Smart Home And Control System Integration
For professionally installed home theaters, the L9Q-Pro also supports several popular automation and control platforms, including Control4, RTI and URC.
