Da-lite Announces New Parallax Stratos 1.0 ALR Surface

Da-lite has just announced the release of their latest ambient light rejecting surface, the Parallax Stratos 1.0. This is a vinyl, rollable, contrast based ALR surface, different than their Parallax Pure (0.8 & 2.3) screen surfaces. What does that mean?
