Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if the items are eligible under this policy. Certain products including special order items, large quantity purchases, custom made items, or any product allocated for shipment are non cancelable once placed.
Large Quantity Orders
Orders containing multiple units of the same SKU or requiring inventory reservation or manufacturer approval are treated as special orders and are typically non cancelable. Customers must confirm availability and cancellation eligibility before ordering.
Cancellation Fees for Eligible Items
Eligible cancellations incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover non refundable payment processing fees.
Cancellation Approval
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Approval is not guaranteed.
- If only part of an order is cancelable, only that portion will be canceled and will incur the 5% fee.
Manufacturer Warranty Responsibility
Most products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer. We assist customers with guidance but do not control warranty timelines or outcomes.
Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives defective, contact Customer Service immediately for an RMA. DOA products are eligible for exchange only. Declining replacement makes the order subject to standard return rules and restocking fees.
Extended Warranties
If offered, extended warranty terms are provided separately and override manufacturer timelines.
Pricing Errors
If pricing or discount errors occur, we will contact you before processing the order or cancel the order and issue a refund. Cart prices update dynamically and may differ from earlier viewed pricing.
Website Errors
Product descriptions and specifications may contain occasional errors. These are corrected upon discovery. If dissatisfied due to incorrect listing information, the product may be returned under our standard return policy.
