Refund policy
Return Eligibility
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs.
All return requests must be submitted to and approved by our Customer Service Department. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be issued within 30 days, and the item must be received at our fulfillment center within 40 days of the ship date.
Restocking Fees
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-error returns in like-new condition.
- Additional restocking fees may apply if the item is not returned in like-new condition.
- Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use, damage, or unacceptable condition.
Return Requirements
All returned items must include:
- Original packaging including box, bags, and foam
- Manufacturer documentation such as manuals or warranty cards
- All accessories including remotes, cables, batteries, software, or cases
- The original intact UPC barcode
- A valid RMA number
Removal of the UPC barcode voids all return eligibility.
Non Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Paint on Screen
- Screen Innovations
- Elite Screens
- Stewart Filmscreen
- Balt, Best-Rite, Mooreco, Ghent
- Vividstorm
- madVR
- Panamorph
- Custom made products or special order items
- Green Screens and Video Conference Backgrounds
- JVC bulbs and emitters
- Epson bulbs
- Refurbished or B-Stock items
Projector Usage Limit
Returned projectors must show fewer than 10 hours of usage on the bulb or laser light engine. Exceeding this limit may result in refusal of the return or additional restocking fees.
Refund Deductions
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- For orders that received Free Shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Outbound freight varies by carrier, size, weight, distance, and service class. This amount is calculated after the return request is initiated and will be communicated to you before the refund is issued.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If we provide a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund and communicated to you before processing.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for any reason, the order will be treated as a standard return. Round trip shipping charges including outbound and return freight will be deducted from the refund. A 20% restocking fee applies along with any additional fees if the product is not returned in like-new condition.
Order Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
- Certain items including special orders, custom items, and large quantity orders are non cancelable once placed.
- If an item is eligible for cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover non refundable payment processing fees.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by our Customer Service Team.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If shipment cannot be intercepted, the order will follow the standard return policy.

Gift Certificates and Promotions
If your purchase included a free gift card or gift certificate, any unused balance will be voided if the qualifying item is returned. Any redeemed amount will be deducted from your refund.
DOA and Defective Items
Items that arrive damaged or defective follow the DOA and Defective Item Policy described in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
