This Parallax uses the Parallax Pure UST 0.6 ambient light rejecting (ALR) surface, made for ultra short throw (UST) projectors with a throw ratio of 0.4:1 or less. The UST projector must be mounted below the screen for the projected light to be reflected by the surface. It is not designed for standard-throw projectors; Da-Lite makes a separate Parallax Pure 0.8 surface for those. Frame: Pro-Trim® frame (black fabric-wrapped frame). This listing is a complete screen (frame, viewing surface and wall brackets).

Parallax is an ambient light rejecting technology with a micro-layered optical lens system that rejects light. It mimics the look of a television when it is on and when it is off, but without the glare from windows or lighting fixtures. With no speckle and no glare, the surface is ideal for Pro AV applications.

This model uses the Parallax Pure UST 0.6 surface (0.6 gain) for ultra short throw projectors (0.4:1 throw or less) and the Pro-Trim® frame (black fabric-wrapped frame).

Handling: ambient light rejecting surfaces are delicate. Unroll the surface evenly and keep it flat; do not fold, stretch or crease it. See the installation instructions for cleaning directions.

Parallax Pure UST 0.6

Parallax® Pure UST 0.6 is a front projection screen surface designed for high resolution up to 16K available on the Parallax Thin Fixed Frame screens. Recommended for laser projectors with ultra-short throw lenses, its dark gray appearance enhances image color and contrast and is available in sizes up to 5' high seamless.
