1. Sponsor

The Hisense C3 Ultra Max Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Next Projection, LLC d/b/a ProjectorScreen.com, 1 South Corporate Drive, Suite D, Riverdale, New Jersey 07457 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is responsible for arranging the Prize. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, AVS Forum or Gleam. Entrants release those platforms from claims relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at entry. Employees of Sponsor, Hisense and organizations involved in administering the Giveaway, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Gleam's server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Use this Giveaway's Gleam widget to sign in with your name and email address and complete any of the free entry actions offered. No purchase is required. Each action is optional. Use one entrant account per person. Entries using bots, automated means, multiple identities, self-referrals or fraudulent information are void.

Each non-referral action may be completed once per person. Maximum 13 entries per person. Referred friends must be real, separate eligible entrants. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages. When sharing for bonus entries, clearly disclose that you may receive an extra giveaway entry. Actions and referrals must be completed during the Giveaway Period and are subject to verification. Newsletter subscription is optional; other listed entry methods remain available without subscribing.

5. Drawing and winner notification

After the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner and up to three alternates from all valid entries using Gleam. Odds depend on the number of valid entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email. The potential winner has 7 days after notification to respond and confirm eligibility. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified or declines the Prize, Sponsor may contact an alternate. No payment is required to claim the Prize.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one Hisense C3 Ultra Max 4K RGB laser projector. Approximate retail value: US $4,000, based on the manufacturer's regular listed price at setup; actual retail prices may vary. No projection screen, installation or additional equipment is included. Sponsor arranges the projector and standard delivery to the verified winner's eligible U.S. address at no cost. The Prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes and may be required to supply an IRS Form W-9 and eligibility documentation. The winner will not be asked to pay a fee or provide payment card information to claim the Prize.

7. Verification and privacy

Sponsor may verify eligibility, entry actions and referrals and remove fraudulent or unverifiable entries. Entrant information is used to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner and arrange fulfillment. Only information needed for fulfillment is shared with delivery providers. Marketing email is sent only to entrants who choose the newsletter subscription action or otherwise opt in; they may unsubscribe at any time. See ProjectorScreen.com's Privacy Policy.

8. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name and last initial without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General conditions and contact

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If fraud, technical failure or another circumstance prevents the Giveaway from operating as planned, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it as permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries or failures of third-party platforms. Sponsor's decisions are final, subject to applicable law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
