Variation Reviewed: Screen Innovations Zero Edge - 92" (45x80) - 16:9 - Pure White 1.3 - ZET92PWI'm pleased with my 92" Screen Innovations Zero Edge Pure White 1.3 projector screen. The picture quality is excellent and I couldn't be happier with the image quality. My projector is the Epson Powerlite Home Cinema 3700 (a little dated, I know, but still a very good projector) and the system is setup in the living room of my apartment, which receives a fair amount of ambient sunlight during daytime hours. I run the projector in Eco mode, which runs at about 1500 lumens, probably a little less. The picture is plenty bright enough in the evenings with my setup. The image is a little washed out during the day, but still very good and enjoyable in the presence of some ambient sunlight. I don't regret choosing the Pure White over the Pure Gray, although I'm curious about how the Pure Gray looks in comparison.The Zero Edge frame is attractive and works very well in my multi-purpose living room. It was relatively simple to assemble and I think anybody can do it, although it's a little bit of a pain and I'm not eager to try again anytime soon. Attaching the screen to the frame was easy. The screen is perfectly flat across the entire surface and I don't notice any variations in image quality between any one part of the screen and another.My only complaint is with Screen Innovations' quality control. Hence, four stars instead of five. Screen Innovations initially sent me a screen with a blemish on the surface that was about 2x2 inches in size. It was obviously visible when watching video. Screen Innovations sent me a second screen as a replacement, but the replacement screen had 6 vertical lines equally spaced across the width of the screen that were visible when watching video (note that it was relatively simple to remove the original screen from the frame). Screen Innovations then sent me a third screen. Luckily, the third screen is problem-free and it's great. Kudos to Screen Innovations and Projectorscreen.com for their customer service, but I would prefer that the first screen be non-defective.For audiophiles out there, I have a high quality audio system for listening to music and I was concerned about the impact of the projector screen on my room's acoustics. Given the dimensions of the frame, it was easy to place 1-inch thick acoustic panels on the wall behind the screen and I was pleasantly surprised to hear an improvement in the acoustics of my living room. There is a reduction in noise, probably due to the absorption of mid to higher frequencies.

I bought it with the Epson LS11000. I can watch TV with the lights on and movies with the lights off. Either way the picture looks vibrant. (Though it is better with the lights off). This screen was a great purchase and well worth the money. I strongly recommend it!

Variation Reviewed: Screen Innovations 5 Series Fixed - 120" (59x105) - 16:9 - Short Throw - 5TF120STWe recently upgraded from a Samsung Q90 to a newer UST projector. After some research and great assistance from Joe Schodowski, we decided to pair it with the SI 5 Series screen. In 35+ years of marriage, my wife has never, ever, been impressed with any AV product that I have sweet-talked her into... until now. It is immensely satisfying to finally have your wife say... "yeah, that is really nice".The SI 5 Series (with our UST) has really impressed both of us - I expected it to look good, but it has truly exceeded my (our :)) expectations. UST projectors get a lot of "they'll never be as good" reviews, but I'm quite happy with our setup. I used to make slight jokes when people talked about projectors and used terms like "immersive" and "cinematic experience", but I'm now guilty of that myself :). I don't have anything to compare it to, but I would highly recommend this screen (and a UST) to anyone that's in the market.Assembly only gets a "3/5" for me. Shipping was awesome, unboxing and putting the frame together was simple. However, attaching the screen to the frame with the supplied "bands" was a serious pain (make sure to orient the frame correctly or you'll end up with the insignia upside down). Finally, attaching it to the wall was easy as well. The picture is so good, you'll slowly forget the "pains" of assembly, but if you are short on patience, think about having someone else install it.
