Epson’s 4K Display Technology produces a full 8.29-million-pixel on-screen image, while the 3-chip 3LCD projection engine provides bright, vivid color without relying on a color wheel. The LS5000 delivers 2,500 lumens of Color Brightness and 2,500 lumens of White Brightness, making it well suited for dedicated theaters as well as multipurpose entertainment spaces.

Advanced HDR & Deep Contrast

Full 10-bit color processing supports HDR10 and HLG content, with the option for Epson Automatic HDR Scene Correction to optimize picture quality. A dynamic contrast ratio of up to and over 800,000:1 helps produce deeper blacks, improved shadow detail, and greater separation between bright and dark areas of the image.

Epson Cinema Lens

The LS5000 features an Epson Cinema Lens with a multi-element precision glass structure designed to provide excellent image clarity and consistent edge-to-edge focus. Its 1.62x manual optical zoom and generous manual lens shift of ±59% vertical and ±21% horizontal provide flexibility when positioning the projector in a home theater. It can produce images ranging from 40 inches up to 300 inches.

The lens also supports installations ranging from traditional 16:9 HDTV to widescreen 21:9, giving home theater enthusiasts more flexibility when designing a large-format cinematic setup.
