Stewart’s minimally bordered fixed frame. A slim ½″ Velux border, a wraparound frame that sits close to the wall and Stewart’s 16K+ optical materials create a picture that looks built into the room.

From the front, all you see is a ½″ black Velux border — just enough to absorb projector overscan and give your content a crisp edge and added perceived contrast, while devoting nearly the entire frame to the image.

An ambient glow, built into the frame

Add Stewart’s optional LED lighting for a striking, gallery-style presentation. The frame includes an integrated light rail angled at 60° for even light dispersion, and because the screen sits so close to the wall, the glow won’t wash out your picture.

Balón Edge mounts on Stewart’s Flush Mount bracketing system, which makes hanging the screen quick and easy and holds the back of the screen surface right against the wall for a clean, built-in look.

Acoustically transparent MicroPerf X2 THX Ultra and CinemaPerf perforation options are available for speakers placed behind the screen.

Projection Surface

GrayMatte 70

GrayMatte 70 is a neutral density, gray screen surface that can also dampen cross reflection in deeply curved or circular projection installations. This fabric is an excellent vehicle for neutral attenuation of overly lit displays employing large, high resolution projectors with small projected surface areas.
