ARIA SR900 2-way bipolar surround loudspeaker

Aria SR 900 is a 2-way bipolar surround speaker featuring all the advantages of the Aria Evo X range, including the famous Flax membrane. Combined with two floor-standing speakers, the Aria Evo X Center and the Sub 1000 F subwoofer, it guarantees an uncompromising 5.1 home theater installation.

HIGH SOUND DEFINITION

The Flax cone of the 13 cm loudspeakers delivers natural sound, rich bass and great sound definition. Focal's two TNF tweeters, with their ingenious waveguide for controlled directionality, deliver precision, control and smooth treble.

Available in Black Satin finish, Aria SR 900 combines discretion and elegance. Supplied with the loudspeaker, the magnetic fabric holder ensures ideal, discreet integration into living spaces.

FLAX MEMBRANE

Purity and precision of sound

As the key component of a loudspeaker, the membrane is at the heart of our acoustic engineers' research. After more than five years of research and development, in 2013 Focal unveiled an exclusive membrane made from flax. Patented, this Flax cone is a sandwich made of very high quality French flax fiber placed between two thin sheets of glass fiber. It satisfies all the criteria of a high-fidelity membrane: lightness to offer good dynamics, rigidity to hold the bass and damping to deliver a neutral, natural, uncolored sound. It is an emblematic Focal innovation in many hi-fi products.

TAM TWEETER

Wide diffusion angle

Membrane shape and materials are essential for high-fidelity reproduction. Focal engineers have designed the TAM tweeter. Manufactured in our workshops in France, it boasts a number of advantages, particularly in terms of wide-angle diffusion. Comprising an aluminum/magnesium inverted dome cone with an "M" profile for even greater rigidity, it delivers flawless harmonic balance and detailed treble. The presence of a decompression chamber limits disturbances caused by rear waves, for even greater sonic clarity.
