I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that this screen is so low quality considering it was way less expensive than other brands such as Dalite or Draper, but I did not expect it to be such a piece of junk. It has given me nothing but problems since day 1 and Elite Screens has been a giant PITA to work with regarding the warranty on this defective unit. Fortunately ProjectorScreen.com was very helpful, but I still would never suggest anyone buy an Elite Screens product.
