When we first turned on the Hisense 100L5F we were blown away by how bright and vibrant the colors were. You could see the rich deep blacks with outstanding contrast. It looked great even in our well lit room. So it should look just as fantastic in your living room or den.

From a purely aesthetic perspective, the Hisense projector comes with a black chassis that we think would look better in a living room situation compared to a white projector.
The fan was a bit loud and the laser’s safety shutoff was way more sensitive than it needed to be. But neither one of these would affect your movie watching experience in the least.
Assembling the bundled 100 inch ALR projection screen was simple and straightforward. Because the projector comes with the screen, the Hisense 100L5F is a great cost effective choice for an ultra short throw projector.
